Minot Hot Tots host Vision Zero DUI Enforcement All-Star Night

MINOT, ND – The top DUI enforcers from the northwest region of North Dakota were honored at the Minot Hot Tots game on June 16 at Corbett Field for their work to remove impaired drivers from North Dakota roadways.

The first Vision Zero DUI Enforcement All-Star Night took place in August 2024 in partnership with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. The event has since expanded to include three DUI Enforcement All-Star nights on the western side of the state this summer.

“It is an honor to recognize these dedicated officers who work tirelessly to ensure the safety of their community,” said Vision Zero Outreach Program Director Ryan Gellner. “Each impaired driver removed from the road is a potential life saved and brings us one step closer to reaching zero motor vehicle fatalities in North Dakota.”

A total of 14 law enforcement officers were recognized at the beginning of the Hot Tots game and throughout via announcements. There are two more DUI Enforcement All-Star Nights this summer.

  • Bismarck Larks, July 31
  • Dickinson Big Sticks, August 4

Alcohol and drug-related crashes are 100% preventable. Many lives would be saved in North Dakota each year if every driver consistently made the choice to always drive sober or find a sober ride.
