ND Impaired Driving Conference

The 2025 North Dakota Impaired Driving Conference will be held June 17-19, 2025 in Bismarck. The purpose of the conference is to provide law enforcement the opportunity to connect and network with officers from across the state as well as provide updates and training in the following areas:
  • Impaired Driving Enforcement/Prosecution Foundations
  • DUI case from Carside to Courtroom ready
  • DUI Enforcement Team development and implementation
  • The opportunity to connect and network with officers from across the state
Guest speakers include North Dakota subject matter expert prosecutors, defense attorneys and law enforcement. 

Schedule
Tuesday, June 17: 1 pm - 5 pm
Wednesday, June 18: 8:30 am - 5 pm
Thursday, June 19: 8:30 am - Noon

Cost
No registration fee for the conference and travel expenses for law enforcement will be reimbursed by NDDOT.

Hotel Reservations
Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Bismarck Radisson under "NDSAA / ID Conference." Hotel rooms will be paid for by the attendee, and for LE it will be reimbursed with other travel expenses.

Reservations must be made by May 18, 2025 by calling 701-255-6000 option 2 for guest services. Attendees can also make reservations using the Online Booking Link.
