The North Dakota Department of Transportation Safety Division through Vision Zero is holding an event to provide a meaningful remembrance to honor those who lost their lives in North Dakota traffic crashes. If you are a parent, spouse, child, sibling, or friend of a crash victim, or if you want to support these members of the community, we invite you to join us for World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.

When: Friday, November 17, 2023 at Noon
Where: North Dakota Capitol Memorial Hall

Attendees are invited to bring a pair of shoes or personal item to create a temporary memorial representing the lives of those lost whose shoes will never be filled. We’ll also observe a moment of silence for lives lost on North Dakota roads.
