Hope-Page FCCLA
Hope-Page Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) hosted a Vision Zero week at school during the week of October 29 – November 2, 2018. Events of the week included eighth graders traveling to the elementary school to teach the first-grade students about seat belt and traffic safety. The elementary students viewed a vehicle crash hologram board and signed promise cards to always wear their seat belts. North Dakota State Trooper Paul Sova spoke to grades 7-12 about traffic safety and shared stories about preventable vehicle crashes. Kelli Just with Impact Teen Drivers spoke about the hazards of distracted driving.
